Definitions:
"The client(s)" shall refer to those individuals identified in the booking form. In these terms and conditions, "the photographer" pertains to any team member of Eyedolise operating under the trade name Steve Wright Photography Ltd

Agreement:
By engaging with Eyedolise, you acknowledge and agree that the following terms constitute an integral part of the contract. Any variations to these conditions must be explicitly approved in writing by the photographer.

Copyright:
All photographic images' copyright remains with Eyedolise operating under the trade name Steve Wright Photography Ltd

Display:
The client(s) grant(s) permission to the photographer for the display of images covered by this contract for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, brochures, websites, and competitions.

Payment Policy:
Session/Shoot Fee: Full payment is due at time of booking either by cash or card

Flashing Lights:
Flash photography is used for iris macro images so not recommended for individuals sensitive to flashing lights.

Children:
Recommended for children 5 years and older.
Photography for younger children is possible but not guaranteed.

Pricing Changes:
Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.

Digital Files:
Clients are responsible for safekeeping and duplicating purchased digital files.
Additional digital image requests incur extra charges.

Data Retention:
Eyedolise retains images for at least six months.
